Our attendance for worship this morning was 111.
We were honored to have Brother Rick and Sister Kathy Daugherty and their son, Thomas as our guest.
The Holy Spirit also paid us a visit! It seemed to come in "waves" of glory. As the congregation sang, "Let It Rain," hungry souls began to fill the altar. Then, as we sang, "The River Song," another wave! More souls came up to draw near to God in the altar. Finally, Brother Rick began to share from his heart of the vision of love God had given him. Once, again the altar was full. It was AMAZING.
Immediately following the service, we had lunch together in the fellowship hall [and Sunday School rooms, too]. What a spread of food! It was D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S.
Lastly, it was time for our Growth Group Meetings. This time together is truly special.
