Instead of our normal 1st Sunday Dinner, we will have a 1st Sunday cookout at the home of Greg and Lisa Stidham on September 2nd immediately following our morning worship service.

Dewayne Smith ministering August 12th

Power Hour
Intercessory Prayer is at 6:15, followed by Power Hour Bible study, Youth Bible Study, and Super Cool Sunday rehearsal at 7:00.

It's Terrific Tuesday! Let's FAST and PRAY
Once again, we will meet at the church this evening at 6:30 for a special prayer time of seeking God's will for the leadership of our church. As we sacrifice our bodies to fasting throughout the day, we condition our hearts to receive spiritual nourishment, power and guidance in our prayer time.
After the disciples unsuccessfully prayed for the deliverance of a demonic child, they ask Jesus why the child was not cured. Jesus said to the disciples, in Matthew 17:20-21, "...because of your unbelief: for I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say unto this mountain, 'Remove hence to yonder place'; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you. Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting."
If the disciples, and even Jesus Christ himself needed to fast and pray, shouldn't we?
Growth Groups
Last night was our monthly growth group meeting. The group pictured above met at Ronnie and Cynthia's. They played an "ice-breaker" game, followed by a special "top priority" prayer time.Attention All Ladies
