Kailee is doing very well! She is sitting up and walking every day. She is in good spirits and her appetite is improving. She is still having some pain in her left arm. There is a slight possiblity that her doctor could do more surgery on her neck to correct a problem with the nerves running to the left arm, however we continue to speak healing into her body and believe for complete healing without surgery.
She is also experiencing some pain while trying to get up from a chair and while walking. She is growing stronger, but needs assistance with both.
Her cardiologist is monitoring the tear in her heart, but has given them two weeks before he needs to see Kailee again. We are accepting this as a good sign!
God has done many, many wonderful miracles for this family. I believe he has more to come. Keep them in your prayers. Please, pray for Kailee's healing, for Daryl and Kim's strength and financial stability, and for the doctors who are making the decisions about Kailee's care.
