The Holy Spirit seemed to arrive with our Praise Team as we gathered for worship practice at 9:00 a.m. We miss Brother David Cochran, but know that God is taking care of him as he fulfills his 6 month employment obligation at Donaldson Correctional Facility. Please cover him in prayer daily!

Our attendance for morning worship was 117. Several were sick today including Kenny Hallmark, Evelyn McLemore, Angie Wellington, and Mary Scrutchfield. Let's all lift these up in prayer.

Small Group Leaders met with Pastors Clint and Liz at 4:30 p.m. to discuss "GROWING" our small group by "CONNECTING, SERVING, AND GROWING". This will be our goal as we make plans to enhance this ministry in 2008.

Youth Explosion Service began at 5:30 p.m. Brother Cory Stults from Cliff Haven COGOP ministered to us about our "God given destiny"...it seems that God is confirming His plan for us in through every recent message.

Immediately following Y.E.S., Brother Ronnie Stidham presented our Pastoral family with a Christmas love offering from the church. Our pastors shared some emotional words of gratitude for the love and blessings received since their arrival in September. We praise God for leading them to Hackleburg! Of course we all enjoyed the snacks and fellowship after service, too.
