- Lunch Will Be Provided Following Tournament Play
- The Tournament Format Is 4-Man Scramble, Best Ball
- Entry Fee Per Player is $40.00 (Includes lunch, cart, and goodie bag)
- Mulligans Available $5.00 each (maximum of two)
- Prizes: Door Prizes, Trophies for 1st Overall Place Team and the 1st Place Church Team,
- Prizes for 2nd and 3rd Overall Place Teams (In case of any ties there will be a putt-off)
- Prizes Awarded for the Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin
