2007 Pastor's Evaluation & Review Forms
The General Assembly of The Church of God of Prophecy has made the Office of State Overseer responsible for conducting evaluations and reviews of local COGOP's Pastoral staff, beginning in 2007 and every TWO years thereafter.
Our State Overseer, Bishop L.V. Jones, has asked EVERY local COGOP in Alabama to distribute the 2007 Pastor's Evaluation & Review forms to its' congregations this Sunday, February, 25. As directed by the Overseer, our church will distribute these forms to the congregation at the end of this week's Sunday morning service.
Completed, UNSIGNED forms must be returned to the Clerk & Treasurer of our local church, Sister Jean Stults. To ensure the integrity of this review, you will also be given a plain white envelope. Please place your evaluation inside the envelope and seal the envelope before returning it to the clerk. Evaluations will be mailed to the State Office for review inside of the envelopes to be opened by the Ministerial Review Board.
